The X series is Hangcha's range of internal-combustion counterbalanced forklifts, available in diesel, gasoline and LPG versions, with load capacities from 4000 to 5000 kg. It comprises 6 models fitted with electronically controlled common rail engines for lower fuel consumption and emissions. Built for intensive handling of heavy loads in warehouses, on loading docks and across industrial sites, it is available for sale and for rental.

The X series is the new series of internal combustion counterbalance forklift truck developed by Hangcha independently, adopting the world advanced technologies based on the original products (upgraded in appearance molding, energy conservation, environmental protection, comfort, security and reliability).
Strong appearance and visual impact: streamlined surface modeling; newly designed parts with large-area opening mould.

Standard engine is high pressure common rail electronic-controlled engine with high pressure multiple injections technology; strong power take-off, lower emission, better cold starting, saving 10% energy consumption.
Energy conservation and environmental protection: whole truck adopts LED lights and new-type panoramic retroreflector; environmental protection materials throughout.
Maintenance: enlarged hood opening angle plus larger left/right hood side plates for convenient rapid maintenance; new generation integrated electric box; integral locking pin structure on baseboard opened without tool.
Newly-developed LCD instrument displays full truck running state, trouble diagnosis and other information.
Reliability & security: aluminous plate-fin radiator, independent oil radiator, double ventilation holes on counterweight; anti-slip pedal; overhead guard of special-shaped steel tube; optimized hydraulic breather integrated with return oil filter.
Comfort: reduced caster angle of instrument stand and integral hood increase space underfoot; orthodrome of overhead guard fore leg expands driving space; small-diameter steering wheel with electro-hydraulic system and car-type double-handle combination switch.
Optimized air intake and exhaust system: high-capacity exhaust buffer and high-effect intake buffer reduce noise by 3dB and vibration by 20%.
New-type box iron mast increases inner mast width and lifting-cylinder spacing; lowered instruments increase forward visibility; optimized counterweight design improves rear visibility (wider 15%).
